Compensation is 100% commission — Shorewest agents typically earn between $75,000 and $250,000 per year, with no cap. Your schedule is yours, full-time or part-time.
No real estate license yet? Shorewest's own Real Estate Institute runs a state-approved pre-licensing course for the Wisconsin real estate salesperson license — that's the official name of it — and we'll walk you from your first class to your first closing. If you can sell, this is the trade-up.
