After getting licensed, the next step is choosing a brokerage and learning how to launch your business. That includes understanding your tools, building your sphere and lead generation habits, learning contracts and transaction flow and getting comfortable working with real clients. Shorewest helps new agents build that foundation through training and support.

Success Track is Shorewest’s training and development path for new agents. It is designed to help newly licensed agents move from licensing into real-world production with structured support, practical training and guidance on the skills needed to build a business.

  • How to generate leads and follow up consistently
